I'm Ben Serbutt, founder of Eulio Studio. I've spent 20+ years leading design and innovation teams for organisations like HP, Vista Insights and Novartis. I know what it's like to fight for budget, navigate stakeholders who think they're designers, and deliver under pressure.

I've been the fixer — brought in to bring clarity to messy situations: unclear strategy, broken processes, disengaged teams. I know how to find the signal in the noise.
